Regus is the world's and UK’s largest provider of flexible workspace providing both serviced and virtual offices and meeting rooms, and with 220 centres across 86 cities and towns in the UK.

The Challenge

Regus wanted to increase their level of PR through a range of CSR related campaigns with the aim of raising the profile of their 220 centres into their local markets and delivering footfall that would drive fresh enquiries and sales.

The Solution

A range of CSR campaigns were rolled out UK-wide designed to involve minimum effort at local level whilst providing a strong local news hook with multiple PR opportunities in order to maximise media coverage.

The Outcome

Significant volumes of coverage were achieved for 75% of all centres across the UK, along with an average of 18 potential new customers visiting each centre as part of the CSR campaigns. Nearly 90% of media coverage included centre details.
