COVID-19 Statement

At Genesis, we have adapted how we operate. Clearly, as a consultancy, it is easier for us to modify our working practices than some other types of businesses and we feel it is right and appropriate that we do so.

 

We now mainly work remotely (from home) although still retain an office and have a small number of the team working from there. See our news story here.

 

We would like to reassure you that, although we are working differently, we are perfectly set up to work remotely, and committed to providing the same high-quality level of service that you normally expect from us. In fact, we have noticed some significant benefits from the new set up including more regular and closer communications via video with our clients and improved flexibility and speed of working.

 

In addition, we want to offer extra help to any organisations during these difficult times. If you need help with any employee, customer or stakeholder communications please do get in touch. Similarly, our team can provide a range of options on how companies can move their communications virtually be it webinars, podcasts, live streaming, video or making better use of their website and customer communications.

The Genesis Team:

  • have access to a secure remote working system (MS Teams) and as such, all our people can work from home as if they are in the office with secure access to our systems
  • are contactable on mobiles and emails as normal (mobile numbers for staff can be found in their email footers)
  • can use alternative communication forums in addition to the above to replace face to face meetings.Β  This includes use of Skype, Slack Zoom, GoToMeeting, etc which, if you also use, we can access
